NOW OFFERING CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

The style of yoga you will be trained in is Hatha Yoga using the Bowspring alignment.

Online courses require you to have a webcam on your computer/laptop and consist of pre-recorded videos, assignments and live classes. The course will cover traditional yoga philosophy, history of yoga, lifestyle, and study of scriptures (such as the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and the Narada Bhakti Sutras).

The Bowspring is a new system of alignment that is easily accessible to all ages, shapes and sizes and requires us to engage the posterior back muscles. What you learn in this training will not be traditional yoga asana postures that are over 5000 years old. YOU will be changing the way yoga is taught and YOU will be healing people of back pain, neck pain, joint pain and emotional pain.

Sridaiva is a way of life that includes nutrition, personal work, positive living and accountability for you health and well being. As part of the 200 hour certification, time will be spent on personal development through Noelle's Living La Vita Yoga (TM) Program.

OUR STRUCTURE HAS CHANGED in order to make learning easier for you.
200 hours online to be completed at your leisure, however we do insist you complete the program within one year to a maximum of two years. You will need internet access and a webcam to participate.
